Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from Know Jamaica Tours. To secure your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified by Know Jamaica Tours. Full payment is required before the commencement of any tour or transportation service, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service.
Company Cancellations: Know Jamaica Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or low participant numbers. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.

4.2 Personal Belongings
Know Jamaica Tours is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during tours or transportation services. Customers are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
