"We’ve sailed on over 25 cruises and have done countless excursions all over the Caribbean. Our day with Know Jamaica Tours was the best day we’ve had on a cruise so far and can’t wait to go back! We were on a 7 day Disney Caribbean cruise that got rerouted to the western Caribbean at the last minute due to tropical storms near the Virgin Islands. I immediately reached out to Javia to see if he’d be available to take a group of about 25 of us to Blue hole for the day. Communication was excellent and we planned to meet in Falmouth at 8. We all boarded the bus and headed to Ocho Rios. On the way, Javia informed us blue hole was no longer an option due to a rain storm the previous evening which made the river muddy. We instead went to Dunn’s river falls and I’m glad we did. We had the best time! We all climbed the falls, swam, and overall just had a blast! Afterwards we went to Scotchies for authentic jerk food, and it was probably the best chicken and pork I’ve ever had. We then headed back to the port with plenty of time to shop and get on the ship in time. I can’t believe I’ve never used this company in the past as it was truly an incredible day! Jamaica is now our favorite country and we can’t wait to return and see Javia and our Jamaican mama (our other tour guide!) See you soon, Jamaica ❤️"

"I visited Ocho Rios with my cruise group of family and friends. From the very minute that I reached out to Javia and Marva, I was impressed! They were very responsive and stayed in touch up until the day we arrived in Jamaica. They answered any questions that I had and asked questions so that they were prepared to accommodate us. There were about 20 people in the group that went on the tour, ranging from ages 6- 60s. They customized our tour based on what we wanted to do…sightseeing, Dunn River Falls and food. Because some of our group members couldn’t do the Falls, Javia worked it out so that while we went to climb the falls, they took the others to the beach so that they wasn’t just sitting doing nothing while waiting on us. They really worked around our every need to accommodate everyone in our group! We got to sightsee and make stops on the way to take great pictures and we ended the day with some great food. My crew loved that our tour was very authentic. They took us to see “real” Jamaica! The tour was very flexible and smooth and educational as Javia told us neat things about the island. Javia showed us different things and answered our questions (including the kids lol). If and when we visit Jamaica again (especially if on a cruise), we will definitely use them again.
